      <description>    &lt;p&gt;According to the discussion on &lt;a href='http://rss.benhammersley.com/archives/001069.html#001069'&gt;Ben
    Hammersley's site&lt;/a&gt;, many RSS feeds have trouble with such characters as
    &amp;amp;, &amp;lt; and &amp;gt;.  I've just hacked on my own scripts to make sure
    I'm getting this correct.&lt;/p&gt;

    &lt;p&gt;If you run a news aggregator, and you're unable to process this
    feed, please let me know about it.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
